* Construction Notice:  A new home has begun construction on the two lots situated behind Casa de Sueños. It is scheduled to finish by Christmas 2025. The construction schedule is Monday - Friday: 8am to 6pm. On Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve), construction will go from 8am to 1pm. Construction will not cease on the following days: Saturdays, Sundays, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. To accommodate any potential disburbance, Casa de Sueños is running a promotional rate of $300 off per night the original rates.

The glass pocket doors allow for an ample amount of light and ocean breeze to flow through this home. Each of the 5 bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom and either an ocean or garden view. Enjoy delicious meals cooked in the chef-inspired gourmet kitchen with high-end, professional appliances. For times you want to stay in and relax, you can enjoy movies or satellite TV in the media room.

The exterior of this villa is accommodating to people of all ages. The patio features multiple covered areas with a ping-pong table, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and plenty of seating and lounge furniture. There is a full-length lap pool and hot tub that are perfect for enjoying the panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. In addition, the terrace features a fire pit, tetherball, and a private garden.

This home comes with daily housekeeping (except Mexican Holidays) and a Personal Concierge so you won't have to worry about any of the details of your vacation other than enjoying yourself.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
