Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with HDTV and satellite, patio access, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom, and individual climate control. The main living area, kitchen, garage & laundry area, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located on the main floor. Downstairs features a media room with an HDTV, a large and comfortable sectional couch, and magnificent ocean views. Walking through the glass doors leads you to a lower level patio that has lounge furniture and another table perfect for eating, playing cards, or drinking a cup of coffee. Just beyond that is the detached master bedroom which has a small private patio and unobstructed views.
