Travel Insurance & Damage Waiver Options

An important step in planning for your trip is preparing for the unknown.  After booking your villa, your yacht charter, your private chefs and your transportation; many guests ask us how to protect their trip in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.  From travel delays to mechanical failure, our travel specialists have secured specialty travel insurance to ensure you have end-to-end coverage.  Along with the leading purveyor of Travel Insurance, Cabo Platinum has several policies to help guests protect their Cabo Vacations.

 

• Accidental Damage Waiver: mandatory coverage on all reservations. This policy protects you and your guests up to $1,500 in accidental damages. For additional information, see details below.

• Travel Insurance:  This policy can be purchased at any time, up to 30-days prior to arrival date. If your reservation is made within 30-days of arrival, it must be purchased at the time of booking.

• Travel Insurance – Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR): This policy must be purchased within 14 days after booking. If your reservation is made within 30-days of arrival, the policy must be purchased at the time of booking.

** Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance is ONLY available for US travelers; excluding residents of Washington or New York.
