With a combined 22 years in Los Cabos, Danette and Mishan, from British Columbia and California, respectively; moved to Cabo to live in a warmer climate that would be less congested, more adventurous and offer an accessible variety of Ocean, Beach and Mountains... Their combined tenure includes clients and events such as Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Academy Awards, Intrawest Vacation Solutions and more. Knowing what it takes to make an incredible experience great, Mishan and Danette combined efforts and direct their passion towards creating high-end vacation experiences in Los Cabos. They are permanently living the dream, loving it and wanting to share the experience with anyone who will give them the chance. After traveling for many years, Mishan knows the simple creature comforts expected on a luxury vacation. By experiencing San Fermin (“Running with the Bulls” in Pamplona, Spain), celebrating New Years with two million other travelers in Rio de Janeiro and wrestling Tigers in Chiang Mai, Mishan is proud to call Cabo his home. “It’s the perfect mixture of weather, culture and living in Paradise.” Always looking for new ways to help other people’s vacations be more adventurous, Mishan relishes in exploring the Baja with his family. Whether it’s spearfishing in the Sea of Cortez, RZR-riding the San Jose Mountains or swimming with Whale Sharks off the Coast of La Paz, there is always something exciting that the Baja has to offer. And that same philosophy permeates his philanthropic life. Mishan is involved with several charitable organizations: volunteering with LigaMac, delivering toys to Feeding Los Cabos Kids and raising money for the Animal Shelter; Mishan is always looking for ways to give back. Married and the Father of two young girls, Mishan is a California-native. After growing up in Santa Rosa, he was living in Los Angeles before driving 1,100 miles to his new home in Los Cabos. Mishan worked many years in Entertainment, Live Events and Luxury Automotive. He earned his degree in Finance from CSU, Northridge.
Reservations & Logistics
Growing up in coastal north of Oregon has made Skyler into a Mountain Man. His sense of adventure is evident by his tales of world travel. As an Alumnus of Oregon State, Skyler’s tenure has always been focused on team management and growth. Skyler started with the Cabo Platinum family as a remote tech manager. Through his various professional commitments, he discovered the Baja and moved to paradise, full-time. When not at work, Skyler spends his days on the beach, 4x4ing in the mountains and adventures with his dog, Corona.
Administration
Alexa joined Cabo Platinum after a successful tenure working with other hospitality leaders in the industry. She took a brief hiatus to focus on her family and started back with Cabo Platinum full of vigor and excitement for all of the new changes in Los Cabos. When Alexa is not at work, she spends time with her husband and young son, enjoying their days living near the beach.
Destination Specialist Concierge
Javier found Los Cabos after growing up in the bustling city of Guadalajara. His talents stem from a healthy career in Entertainment & Nightlife. With projects in both Los Angeles and Los Cabos, Javier was instrumental in managing the launch of several well-known restaurants and nightclubs. Javier’s talented network of local operators and knowing “What’s HOT” in Los Cabos, makes him a great resource for bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and our groups interested in “Cabo-after-dark.” When Javier is not running around town making vacations perfect, he can be found kite-surfing on the East Cape or playing Ping Pong competitively.
Butler
Armando joins the team after many years of working in hotels and restaurants in Los Cabos. He is very keen to guests needs and is constantly finding new ways to help. Armando is an adventurer. When his time is spent outside of Cabo Platinum, you can find him fishing, hiking, eating exotic baja delicacies or riding his 4x4.

“Architecture & Design is part of my DNA” -Robert Roberts Robert has offered professional design services for distinguished private and corporate clientele for over 20 years. He specializes in the design of private residences, resort properties, corporate offices, high-end retail stores and now offers Real Estate Services at the same high caliber. Robert’s passion for design helps him find unique and awe-inspiring homes on the market. The design process is one of people. It starts with listening and understanding. The same is true of Real Estate Sales, before we imagine, we interact. Robert knows how to listen and infuse your personality into an individual space or an entire home. Each of Robert’s designs tells a unique story that has been written from the collective minds of himself and his clients.
