This Cabo power yacht is a beautiful 40′ luxury Sea Ray fishing boat with capacity up to 8 guests. The best Cabo fishing starts at sunrise and the crew will have breakfast and coffee ready to go! The charter includes unlimited beer and margaritas, hand-picked food options, bait, fishing licenses, filleting, and highly attentive staff. This boat comes with top of the line tackle, squids, teasers, and quality equipment. They often use ballyhoo for live bait, but it depends on what the bait fisherman have in stock for us. Always fresh, live, and purchased as we head out on charter right from the bait boat. Anything you catch will be filleted and prepped by the staff so you can start cookin’ your dinner right as you get back to your villa.

* An additional $35 per person will be charged for groups with over 4 people. Max capacity 8 passengers.
* More live bait is available for $3/bait (10 live bait are included).
* Prices include Taxes and Fees, but do not include Gratuity (15% is recommended if you like the service).
* Holiday Surcharge: Add 10% to the charter price between November 20th and January 20th.

Lunch

• Option 1: Tacos – a variety of Mexican style tacos on corn tortillas served on a platter
  • TACOS:
    • Carne Asada – arrachera steak cooked medium, cilantro aioli, red onion, queso fresco, and radish
    • Pulled Pork – pork with pineapple pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli
    • Chicken – marinated chicken with red cabbage, red onion, cilantro, queso fresco, and pico de gallo
    • Add-On: Ahi Tuna (swap out any of the above for +$10/person) – seared tuna with cilantro aioli, red cabbage, grilled pineapple and sesame seeds
  • 5 Hour Charters or Less: 2 tacos of each style per person (6 total)
  • 6+ Hour Charter: 3 tacos of each style per person (9 total)
• Option 2: Land & Sea – a mixed serving of tacos and freshly made ceviche
  • TACOS:
    • Carne Asada – arrachera steak cooked medium, cilantro aioli, red onion, queso fresco, and radish
    • Pulled Pork – pork with pineapple pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli
    • Chicken – marinated chicken with red cabbage, red onion, cilantro, queso fresco, and pico de gallo

  • CEVICHES:
    • Mexican Style Shrimp Ceviche – fresh shrimp cooked in lime juice, cilantro, diced tomatoes and white onion
    • Spicy Ceviche – fresh fish cooked in lime juice with a spicy sauce and salsa
    • Tropical Ceviche – white fish cooked in lime juice, pineapple, cilantro, red onion and diced tomatoes
  • 5 Hour Charters or Less: choose 2 styles of tacos (2x of each style per person, 4 tacos total) and 1 style of ceviche in a bowl to share
  • 6+ Hour Charter: choose 2 styles of tacos (3x of each style per person, 6 tacos total) and 2 styles of ceviche to share.
