Located in the gated community of Cabo del Sol. Casa Mar includes 6 well-appointed bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 14 guests. From the moment you enter Casa Mar, you will be met by an expansive space that incorporates a kitchen, dining area and living room, which is perfect for entertaining families, couples, a company retreat or a group of friends. This single-level living space has sweeping ocean views and a relaxing pool area and yard.

The outdoor living area has a large infinity pool and adjacent jacuzzi that overlook the Cove Golf Course as well as the Sea of Cortez, you will enjoy all of the best parts of Cabo when you stay here. The large pool patio is ready to host your intimate gatherings, large party retreats, family vacations, and everything in between.

Casa Mar is also ideal for family retreats, couple’s retreats and friends who just want a charming and relaxing place to escape.  If you have a group that requires more beds, Casa Costa next door is a bookend copy of Casa Mar. Hosting the same number of bedrooms and amenities, the 2 houses are separated by a door, that can be unlocked for your event. With both villas together, you will have 12 bedrooms for a total sleeping capacity of 28 people.

Your trip is complete with daily housekeeping and a Personal Concierge.  This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

* An additional $100 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 12 guests. Max occupancy is 14 guests.
* For groups traveling with over 14 people, reservations can be combined with the home next door, Casa Costa, to make a total of 12 bedrooms (subject to availability).
