Even though this villa boasts an astounding 14,500 total square feet, it has the comfort and inclusiveness of a family home. 

With 7 private casitas, each with kitchenettes of their own, this unique property has plenty of space for up to 22 guests while having plenty of comfortable common areas to congregate in. Casa Las Rocas is ideal for several large families to travel in style together without being in each other's space. With both modern and traditional Mexican architectural styles and design elements, the interior of this breathtaking beachfront villa gives you all the comforts of home with even more luxury thrown in. This home includes a palapa-style living room that holds a 70" HDTV, Apple TV, and enough seating for your whole group.

The best part of Casa Las Rocas is the outdoor area where waterfalls crash into the swimming pool and you can step out directly onto the pristine beach that lies just beyond the patio. Two hot tubs allow ample room for lounging with drinks in hand while outdoor beachside palapa dining for six is available for alfresco meals. A private garden of tropical fruit trees beckons for fresh-picked fruits while hammocks offer a serene place to take a siesta. ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
