* Minimum age of principal renter is 35 years old.
* There is a mandatory $650 cleaning fee required for daily housekeeping
* An additional $500 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 8 guests. Max occupancy is 12 guests.
• Spa is heated to a maximum of 103 degrees for a maximum of 6 hours per day. For additional heating, a fee of $100 per day will apply.
• The pool will be heated to a maximum of 82 degrees. For additional heating, a fee of $100 per day will apply.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
