Located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Las Cañadas in Querencia, this modern home is a short golf cart ride to the famous Playa Acapulquito, one of Cabo's favorite surf breaks. With surf board rentals and lessons and two of San Jose's favorite beach club restaurant & bars, there is something waiting for the whole family. 

Casa Arrebol features an open floor plan with indoor/outdoor living, a cascading water feature and 2 gas fireplaces ready for entertaining. The spacious "Great Room" extends into the gourmet kitchen with incredible views of the infinity pool, out to the Sea of Cortez. ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

About Querencia
Querencia is a highly exclusive and unique community located on the tourist corridor, just minutes away from San Jose del Cabo. The amenities inside Querencia, including Club Q, are only available to owners - renters in the community do not have access. While renters are unable to take full advantage of the Querencia amenities, this community is still perfectly placed within a short distance to Cabo's favorite surfing and swimming beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, organic markets, hospitals, and downtown San Jose del Cabo, home of the famous art walk on Thursday evenings.
