* An additional $500 USD per adult per night will be charged for groups over 4 guests. Max occupancy is 10 guests. The first two children (under 12 years old) stay FREE.
* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later. 
* The pool is heated to 85°F during the winter months and 80°F during the summer. If guests request a higher temperature, an additional fee of $100 per day will apply.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
