Villa Jade de Law is a 5-story, 8-bedroom home that sits high in the hills of Pedregal and provides beautiful ocean, mountain views, and Lands End views. Despite being tucked away and providing exceptional exclusivity, this home is located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Take a short stroll down to "Centro" to enjoy excellent dining options, a vibrant nightlife scene, the marina, beach, and more. 

This villa was designed with a contemporary and open approach to maximize the indoor and outdoor living areas. With space for up to 22 guests, this villa is perfect for your large Cabo getaway. Each of the 8 bedrooms features either ocean or mountain view as well as an en-suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy a comfortable and spacious great room with an open concept gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining table that seats 16 people. And the best part is you will enjoy a sweeping ocean view from every corner of this space. Villa Jade de Law also has a big-screen HDTV with satellite and a premium Harmon Kardon sound system. 

One of the greatest parts of Villa Jade de Law is the stunning views. And there's no better place to enjoy these views than on the expansive pool patio. Spend your days tanning in the loungers and cooling off in the pool while your nights will be cherished in the jacuzzi and sitting by the outdoor fire pit. You can entertain your guests with a BBQ on the grill that can be eaten at the outdoor dining table. With several different shaded areas and luxury amenities, you won't be worried about spending some extra time at home.

Villa Jade de Law comes with daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and a personal concierge who is here to help you with everything you need in Cabo. 

* An additional $50 USD per person per night will be built into the nightly rate for groups over 16 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.
* The pool is heated to 85°F during the winter months and 80°F during the summer. If guests request a higher temperature, an additional fee of $100 per day will apply.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
