Villa Penasco was nominated for "Best Villa in Mexico, 2007" by the World Travel Awards. Perched at the top of the Pedregal cliffside in a gated community, this luxury villa offers stunning views. If you are new to Cabo, looking out over the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez will allow you to realize why Cabo is such an incredibly popular vacation destination. 

The villa hosts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and over 9,000 square feet. It offers a state-of-the-art kitchen that has high-end stainless steel appliances. Additionally, a 16-person dining table that leads right onto the outdoor terrace provides incredible views for a meal to remember. Enjoy comfortable couches in the natural-toned living room with an elegant fireplace that is adjacent to the large pocket doors leading onto the massive terrace. Every bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, private covered patio, HDTV, refrigerator, and safe. If you want to relax at home during the day, you will have all you want with multiple big-screen TVs, a collection of 300 DVDs, surround sounds stereo system, and a library. Stay on top of your workouts with a fitness room that includes a variety of high-performance machines, an HDTV, gym towels, and purified water system. This villa has a top-of-the-line, keycard access, security system that will only allow entry to the right people. 

As you move to the exterior, you will be stunned by the amount of space Villa Penasco has. Enjoy soaking up your days in the ocean-facing infinity pool and hot tub. The views from either one of these will provide you with the feeling that you are relaxing in the middle of the ocean. Among the 5,400 outdoor square feet, there are multiple covered areas including the palapa-style structure that features a granite countertop, 50" Viking BBQ, bar setting, and refrigerator. When it's time to adventure outside, Villa Penasco provides beach chairs and coolers for you to enjoy some of Mexico's most beautiful beaches. 

Your trip is complete with daily butler service from 8:30am - 6pm, daily housekeeping, and a personal concierge. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
