Villa Persia is a newly constructed contemporary villa located in the exclusive community of Pedregal. Designed with modern architecture and refined finishes, the home blends sleek aesthetics with relaxed coastal living. Bright, open-concept interiors create a seamless connection between the living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces, giving the villa an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. Throughout the home, 6  Smart TVs and a high-quality stereo system provide entertainment options whether you’re relaxing with family or hosting friends.

The outdoor spaces capture the essence of a luxury Los Cabos escape. The ocean-facing terrace features a dramatic negative-edge infinity pool that appears to spill toward the Pacific, alongside a spacious Jacuzzi designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Six chaise lounge chairs invite you to relax under the Baja sun, while multiple seating areas provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or sunset gatherings with panoramic ocean views.

Located just minutes from the heart of Cabo San Lucas, Villa Persia offers both privacy and convenience. Your reservation will include half-day housekeeping (Monday - Saturday) as well as a personal concierge to help you plan your entire itinerary from start to finish. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock, and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

* The infinity pool is not heated; $125 USD daily fee to heat to 84 degrees.

* Disclosure: This villa has security cameras on the outside perimeter of the property for protection. There are no cameras anywhere inside the house or near common outdoor areas.
