This two-story hacienda-style villa boasts 6 accommodating bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms features 3 sets of bunk beds for 6 total twin beds, perfect for a kids' sleepover! Detached from the main house sits a garden-view casita with its own kitchenette and bathroom. In the main living area, you will enjoy an open-concept design that provides an easy flow between the different rooms as well as the indoor and outdoor living spaces. You can kick back and relax on plush and comfortable armchairs or on the large sectional couch in the TV room. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing mouthwatering meals.

No Cabo home is complete without a beautiful exterior living space. The expansive ocean-view terrace features a covered area with an alfresco dining table and a delightful seating area with a couch, armchairs, and an HDTV. As you step outside of the covered area, you are greeted by the large infinity pool that features a palapa-covered swim-up bar. Warm Cabo days are perfectly spent soaking up the sun in one of the comfortable loungers, grilling some lunch on the gas BBQ, and enjoying sensational views of the Sea of Cortez, Cabo Del Sol Golf, and lush vegetation.

Your reservation will be complete with daily housekeeping and a personal concierge. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

* An additional $400 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 12 guests. Max occupancy is 14 guests.
