Inside Sunrise Villa, you will find 8 suite-style bedrooms with a total of 17 beds (including 4 sleeper sofas). This villa can hold up to 33 people, making it a perfect choice for your big corporate retreat, wedding, or other special event. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, water purification system, and an adjacent dining table that fits 10. Other interior features and amenities include high speed WiFi, A/C, stereo surround sound, HDTV's with satellite, bar with mini fridge, and more.

A day at Sunrise Villa wouldn't be complete without spending some time on the large pool patio. Here you will find a large swimming pool with waterfall feature that's perfect for lounging in all day with a drink in hand. Enjoy eating a private chef meal fresh off the BBQ underneath the covered patio area. Then you can relax and catch a tan in one of the many different lounge furniture options. Spend your evenings soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoying the sounds of crashing Pacific Ocean waves.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
