Villa Vista Encantada is a brand-new, four-story luxury villa rental located a short walk away from Pedregal Beach. Pedregal is a community located in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, offering stunning views of the powerful Pacific Ocean. Despite being a 5-minute taxi ride away from 5-star dining, vivacious nightlife, the famous IGY marina, and much more, this community still provides its guests with exceptional exclusivity and privacy. 

Built in 2021 and spanning over 11,000 square feet, this 6-bedroom villa boasts spacious living areas, high-end amenities, expansive views, and supreme comfort. The interior is filled with travertine floors and granite countertops, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each of the 6 bedroom suites feature an ocean view, private terrace, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. The sixth bedroom doubles as an in-home gym with a beautiful ocean view. Guests can enjoy a pool and shuffleboard table with wet bar in the game room that flows directly to the lower pool patio or a relaxing massage from the in-villa spa. ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
