In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created new cleaning guidelines that are aimed at preventing the spread of the virus in our rental villas. Our housekeeping staff has been trained by hygiene and sanitation experts who specialize in the cleaning process for COVID-19. Each housekeeper will be wearing protective gear to ensure your and their safety.
We have implemented a thorough and detailed cleaning checklist that is used by all of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. This checklist is based on health and sanitation guidelines and agrees with the standards set forth by Airbnb, VRBO and the Mexican State of Baja California Sur recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Despite the CDC’s new findings on May 21st, 2020, that the virus does not easily spread on surfaces, we remain dedicated to taking all proper precautions to ensure every inch of your villa rental is clean and free of germs, virus’ and bacteria.
