Please note that the beach directly in front of the villa is NOT accessible to renters. A private, members only club occupies this area and is NOT available for use by renters. There is an accessible beach beside the Sheraton Hotel and requires either a golf cart or car to get to.
This stunning villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms while allowing up to 22 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends, and corporate retreats.
This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa greets you with an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Included in the villa's 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, outdoor BBQ and outdoor pool terrace areas flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless.
The outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub, a large fire pit, daybed and porch swings.
Your trip will be complete with a personal concierge, daily butler (except day of departure), and daily housekeeping service. For times you don't want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of nearby restaurants at Sheraton Grand Hotel or hire one of our incredible private chefs.
One of the things our guests love about Casa Brooks is the platinum level of service they receive. With respect to maintaining our expected level of service, we will require a second butler on groups over 15 guests for an additional charge of $150/night, applied after booking.

* An additional $150 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.
* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.
ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa?
A: Yes! We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events. An additional night's stay will be required as an "event fee". This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security, and permits within the HOA.
Q: Can you walk to the beach?
A: The beach is a 10-15 min walk or 4-5 min golf cart ride (Golf cart to be rented separately and is not included with the villa).
Q: What does the Butler do?
A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seamless. From helping with luggage to making drinks to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also assist with the mechanics and electronics of the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning and help with meal service.
Q: Do you have access to the beach club in front of the house, called The Cove Club.
A: No. The Cove Club is a private, members only club that does not allow access to outside guests. In addition, they do not allow outside guests to pass through the club on the way to the beach; you must go around to the public beach access.
