PLEASE NOTE: The amenities in Querencia are for members only.  Without a membership, guests of Casa Carino will not have access to the community amenities. The house does include a golf cart, which will provide guests access to Playa Acapulquito, one of Cabo's favorite surf breaks. Querencia is a developing community and there is construction within the area. Fortunately, both homes on either side of Casa Cariño are complete. 

Located within one of the most exclusive gated communities in Los Cabos, Casa Cariño is a sophisticated villa that has everything for the perfect family vacation. Entering the villa through large glass doors, the interior is immersed in plenty of natural light. Highlighting many of the high-end finishes and natural wood details, the villa lives in a spectacular main room that is the heart of the home. This area pours out onto a grand patio, which is complete with a heated pool, hot tub, fireplace, HDTV, and plenty of seating. Beyond this area is a massive grassy area, which is currently set-up for soccer-golf. Needless to say, the grand living area, to outdoor patio, to an active grassy green area is the perfect formula for making memories for an active family. 

This luxurious and contemporary villa boasts 4 suite-style bedrooms, each with premium bedding and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed through the main living area and has pocket doors that open up directly to the pool patio. It features a beautiful ocean and golf view, king bed, desk, and a private outdoor area with an outdoor shower. The additional bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk room that has two queen bunk beds (4 queens in total). 2 of the 3 additional bedrooms also offer an outdoor shower that connects to the en-suite bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen includes high-end appliances, such as a professional grade Wolf stove and oven as well as a Sub-Zero fridge. Enjoy the transitional layout from cooking to living, as this villa was created to entertain. The kitchen pours effortlessly into the main dining area, and then onto the living room. Many memories have been created in this space as it is the heart of the home where the family comes together.

* Guests of Casa Cariño DO NOT have access to the Querencia amenities. The community has a strict owners-only policy with their amenities. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

About Querencia
Querencia is a highly exclusive and unique community located on the tourist corridor, just minutes away from San Jose del Cabo. The amenities inside Querencia, including Club Q, are only available to owners - renters in the community do not have access. While renters are unable to take full advantage of the Querencia amenities, this community is still perfectly placed within a short distance to Cabo's favorite surfing and swimming beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, organic markets, hospitals, and downtown San Jose del Cabo, home of the famous art walk on Thursday evenings.
