Step through the villa’s impressive oversized wooden entry door and immediately take in the expansive ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The open-concept living and dining areas are designed to maximize the setting, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor living area. The recently remodeled gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances, electronic cabinet doors, and a state-of-the-art coffee machine capable of preparing more than 10 varieties of coffee. Each of the four bedrooms offers a private retreat with a Smart TV, patio access, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom, and individual climate control. The main level houses the primary living spaces: kitchen, garage, laundry area, and three bedrooms. Downstairs, a dedicated media room features an impressive 85" Smart TV and two plush couches that convert into additional sleeping accommodations. Glass doors open onto a lower patio with seating and exercise equipment, while the detached primary suite is located just beyond, offering its own private patio and uninterrupted ocean views.

Casa Nautilus truly comes alive outdoors, where an expansive oceanfront terrace provides an exceptional setting for enjoying Cabo's year-round sunshine. Just beyond the main living area, guests can dine alfresco at the outdoor table or settle into one of several comfortable lounge areas while listening to the crashing waves below. The private infinity pool creates the feeling of floating above the Pacific, while the oceanfront hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind as the sun sets over the water. For evening gatherings, a fire pit provides a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine beneath the stars. ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

Q: Can you walk to the beach? 
A: The beach access area is an 18-minute walk.  Parking is also available at the access point.

Q: How far is this home from downtown Cabo?
A: Casa Nautilus is about a 4-minute taxi ride or drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where you will find several nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. You could walk there in 10-12 minutes.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes, the pool is heated for no additional cost.
