Expansive glass windows and sliding pocket doors adorn every nook, framing awe-inspiring panoramic vistas of the Sea of Cortez. Each of the five bedrooms is adorned with premium bedding and linens, accompanied by a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. The gourmet chef's kitchen serves as a stage for our expert culinary team to craft delectable dishes from dawn till dusk. For those with a focus on well-being, an in-home gym and sauna await, as well as a refreshing cold plunge on the poolside terrace. Relax with a game of billiards or enjoy a family movie night in the theater room, featuring a sumptuous sectional sofa and a large HDTV.

Poco Paraiso is located within the community of Puerto Los Cabos, which provides 27-holes of Niklaus and Norman golf, that plays through several luxury subdivisions, into the hills and along the Sea of Cortez coastline.  With a small rental fee, your group has access to a community gym and beach club that has a full-service bar and restaurant, while lounging at the community infinity pool or on the beach.  Your fee will additionally provide access to a world-class sport court: Pickle ball, paddle ball and tennis WITHIN the neighborhood.  Being a part of this illustrious community will also place you within close proximity to the SJ Marina, which provides access to yachts, restaurants and the famed Crania event venue.  All of this and more is only a golf cart ride away from your spectacular villa.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
