Villa Descanso is a 9-bedroom villa rental located in the hills of Pedregal with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Pedregal is located in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, 5-mins or less from restaurants, nightlife and day clubs, boutique shopping, and the famous IGY marina. This location is desired for guests who want to have both an exclusive and luxurious community that's equally close to the action.

Constructed in 2009, this villa was built with a blend of traditional Mexican and modern architectural styles featuring Travertine marble flooring, granite and marble countertops, and rich wooden accents. There are 9 total bedrooms in Villa Descanso, several of which offer an ocean view and private terrace. The large and spacious kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a large meal while entertaining all of your guests, however if you don't want to cook on vacation, we highly recommend you hire one of our gourmet private chefs to do the work for you. The exterior portion of this villa is the perfect place to hang during Cabo's warm sunny days. Exterior amenities include a pool with swim-up bar, jacuzzi for 8 or more, lounge chairs, outdoor stereo system, gas BBQ, fire pit with seating, and more.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
