The outdoor living areas are the heart of the home, where an ocean-view infinity pool appears to stretch toward the horizon, inviting guests to unwind while taking in the spectacular scenery. A soothing jacuzzi offers the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, while five chaise lounge chairs provide ample space to bask in the Baja sunshine. The spacious terrace also features several different seating areas, an alfresco dining table, and fire pit with stunning ocean and city views.

Inside, Villa Estrella offers a thoughtful balance of comfort and entertainment. The spacious living and dining areas provide an inviting setting for gathering, while every bedroom is equipped with its own HDTV and en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest. For even more entertainment, the villa features a dedicated game room complete with a pool table, wet bar, and two HDTVs - perfect for friendly competitions, watching the big game, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

For guests seeking wellness and relaxation, the villa also includes a private exercise room and an adjoining steam room, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine or enjoy a rejuvenating spa-like experience without ever leaving the property.

Your reservation will include daily housekeeping (Monday - Saturday) and a personal concierge. 

Per owner requirements, the Villa Estrella staff must provide all chef and butler services:
Fees to be paid in cash, directly to the staff, subject to 16% tax, and do not include gratuity or the cost of food.
• Breakfast: 1-5 guests: $195 | 6-10 guests: $250 | 11-15 guests: $300
• Lunch: 1-5 guests: $300 | 6-10 guests: $350 | 11-15 guests: $400
• Dinner: 1-5 guests: $450 | 6-10 guests: $500 | 11-15 guests: $550
* For 6 or more guests, a chef assistant is required at an additional cost of $145
• Butler / Bartender service is also available for $235 USD per full day, subject to 16% tax

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock, and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

* This villa does not rent to bachelor / all male groups. Bachelorette / all female groups are on case-by-case basis and need to be approved by the owner beforehand.
