Even though this villa boasts an astounding 14,500 total square feet, it has the comfort and inclusiveness of a family home. 

Spanning approximately 14,500 square feet, the estate is thoughtfully designed as a collection of seven private casitas, each featuring its own kitchenette. This unique layout allows up to 20 guests to enjoy both independence and connection, making it ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together. Generous shared living spaces provide natural gathering points, while the villa’s design blends contemporary comfort with traditional Mexican architectural elements for a timeless, elevated aesthetic. Modern conveniences such as Smart TVs with Firestick streaming and a Sonos sound system throughout ensure a seamless and entertaining stay.

The outdoor experience is where Casa Las Rocas truly shines. Waterfalls cascade into a resort-style swimming pool, while the patio opens directly onto a pristine stretch of swimmable beachfront. Two spacious hot tubs offer the perfect place to unwind, and a beachside palapa with dining for six creates an unforgettable setting for alfresco meals. A lush garden filled with tropical fruit trees invites guests to enjoy fresh flavors straight from the source, while hammocks provide a peaceful retreat for afternoon relaxation. * An additional $200 USD + Tax per person per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 20 guests (2 extra guests can be accommodated in bunks).
* This villa does not rent to all male groups. 
* Events:  Villa Las Rocas can host special events of up to 40 guests with a minimum 3-night stay, plus a 1-night event fee and applicable taxes.
* Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Pets are not permitted on the property.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
